As soon as Infrastructure Technology Service, ITS, came in the door I felt we finally found the right people to manage and maintain out complicated systems. We were not a easy client but they supported us from the basic needs to the complex. They evaluated our equipment , software and connectivity requirements and as a result our office finally ran smoothly. They always answered the phone or responded by text. I own small local law firm and I have been working with ITS for over 15 years now. Kelly Hurst and his exceptional team have seamlessly transitioned my firm through several office relocations, staff changes, major computer upgrades, and more. They transitioned us to remote services during Covid and have continued to help me
pivot over the years as office needs have changed. They have also set up my phone system and integrated it with an app on my phone so that my staff and I can take phone calls and receive messages from wherever we are.

We've been using ITS for our business for at least 10 years or so, and have dealt primarily with Kelly and Tony. We originally started using them for our phone system, but they have since begun helping us with our entire internet setup, routers, printers and infrastructure. They've always been quick, attentive and professional. That's a pretty rare find in my estimation. Highly recommended.
