I hate to say this, but working with Indy was a total disappointment. About a year ago we had a room in the house that needed its hardwood floors to get sanded down and finished by Indy and originally we were happy with the job. However, one observation we noted on was that one room's sand and finish job looked very different from the other rooms we had previously gotten done by a different flooring contractor. Indy assured us that this would change over time as the wood aged. We had one more room in the house we waited on to get sanded down and finished because we had to remove all the carpet first. Sometimes you get lucky. And sometimes you get so lucky you want to pinch yourself to make sure it's not a dream. I had a client in Boulder Creek and they wanted to sell a home that had been occupied for many years by their Aunt. It was in need of new flooring, and so much more. I called about eight companies one night and to my surprise (since I called after hours), I received a call back from Indy that same night. He met me at the house the next morning and was on the job before the next company even called me back! After thinking about it, only one other company even returned my call.
