Bad communication!!!Boohoo! After the initial inspection I spent two days just trying to get a hold of him to confirm when he can start on the job. Had no luck with several text messages but was eventually able to call him on the phone. He said he can start once his helpers get band that he would call me. Several days went by so I started contacting again with no luck. After a week of trying I passed it off to the landlord. After another week of text messages and phone calls with no reply time to move on. I would have appreciated a phone call or message just saying he can't do the job. If you wanna build a trustful business calling people back is very important.
I've worked with Tony and his crew from Evolve Electric on dozens of projects over the past 10 years. Him and his crew work well together with my team, the other subcontractors and the homeowners to ensure a smooth running project.
