John from world appliance came out to service my heater and got me ready for the cold weather coming in. The Bi-annual contract I signed up for is an in depth check to keep my air conditioner system running. I had other cheap maintenance contracts in the past and all they wanted to do was sell me a new system. A friend of mine had their unit damaged by another company during their cheap maintenance in order to sell them a new unit. The cheap ones always seem to be a scam. World appliance is honest and only suggest replacement when required major repairs make it make sense. The prices were very fair and I look forward to referring everyone I know to give and get the discount... read full review

Had an issue plaguing my fridge for the past 3 months. Called World Appliance for assistance and they had technicians out here the next day. Frank and Luis were amazing in both their knowledge of the issue, professionalism in getting it solved for me, and their customer service. Will absolutely call them again the next time I need help!

Frank and Luis were awesome. They knew exactly what was wrong with the the washing machine and gave me all the information upfront they were very knowledgeable very polite and clean. I recommend them to anybody that needs repairs
