I can't remember the young man name who assisted me 1st when he called me to the back for an xray, but if he sees this review , I would really like to thank him because I cried to him. He was so caring, understanding & comforted me. Carlos was an angel with my financial needs & concerns. I appreciate his patience & showing me compassion. He gave me good information/knowledge with the medicines prescribed. Gloria was AWESOME SAUCE! She assisted the dentist during my procedure. She made me feel so comfortable & at ease. “So appreciative of everyone here. I recently had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and a deep cleaning 2 weeks after. Each and every interaction I’ve had has been so lovely and comforting. They’re very acceptable of schedule changes and everyone is incredibly kind and informative! They explain exactly what’s going on with your teeth, gums, and even the bacteria in your mouth. Cristina is an amazing and attentive dental hygienist. I opted out of full numbing for my cleaning and she made sure to routinely check in with me to see if I was ok, and had the numbing agent ready in case I needed it. She also is very thorough while still maintaining a gentle hand. You can tell that they genuinely care about their patients here!“

“my 1st dentist visit in over 15 years, and Canyon County Dental Group was excellent. I give them 5 Stars and A+. Everyone was very pleasant and had excellent customer service. I had a very attractive beautiful dentist which made any nervous feeling I had ( I hate dental work) dissipate and made my mind hoping instead of my teeth being worked on , Perhaps she can work on my heart. I had a different dentist perform a deep cleaning along with a laser thing. Even though she numbed me, I did feel a little pain and discomfort esp. since my gums bled a lot. But I did neglect my teeth for over 15 years and they did require alot of hard work so she did the best. From now on I will keep my teeth up to date since I had such a great experience here.“
