My partner and I had the pleasure of working with Gustavo, our building manager, for 2 years. He was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our lease! Whenever we had issues, Gustavo would address it right away, and if we were ever out of town, he would help collect our packages.

We are super lucky to have Gustavo as our property manager. He does a good job ensuring the grounds are well taken care of and clean at all times. He is very responsive whenever I reach out to him and is able to get any issues fixed quickly. He listens to our housing related concerns and is very professional.

As Bay Area Natives and lifetime renters, our past 3 years living at a Cal Bay property is by far the best experience we have had. Namely, this comes down to only one person - Gustavo. There has never been anyone we have had as a landlord or property manager that matches the care, responsiveness and professionalism Gustavo brings to the job on a consistent basis. Gustavo has made it virtually impossible to leave given his commitment to us as tenants.
