This review is long overdue! I received a facial a few weeks ago that focused on extraction and exfoliation which was definitely needed. Especially since not many places focus on extractions anymore. My skin has been feeling so much better since. Would highly recommend

I recently had the privilege of receiving a facial and brow "tidy up" from Monica, the owner of The Salon. I can say this with total honesty and sincerity, Monica is terrific!! She loves what she does and not only can you feel it, it shows. Her attention to detail, how she touches ones face, how my skin looked afterwards, my brows, her space... all of it. It may not be a huge, super fancy-pants salon but what it is, is excellent!! The shop is cozy, pretty, quiet, spotless and feminine with all the right touches that makes one feel special. Monica takes pride and care in what she does. She's professional, polite, cheerful and clearly passionate about her craft. My skin felt and looked refreshed, clean and bright. I don't live in Santa Ynez but my family does and from now on when I come to visit, I plan on getting my facials from Monica at The Salon. Thank you!

The space is so bright and soo clean which makes it so easy to relax here. Monica, the new owner, is amazing at her job and she seems to be really passionate and love what she does. She has a lot of experience when it comes to the skin and works with different skin types. Each facial i get is tailored to what your skin type is and also depending on your age too! I'm 20 and I had a lot of stress and hormonal acne with oily skin and Monica customized the facial by treating all my skin problems. The place just got renovated and is so cute inside, plus under new ownership too. Monica also sells such cute lounge wear!
