I highly recommend Redfern Acupuncture, Cyndi is amazing! When I started going there I had sciatic nerve pain and 2 small tears in my rotator cuff. Cyndi is treating both. I wasn't able to sit or sleep, the pain was so severe I lost my appetite. I did a lot of standing and pacing trying to get some relief. After 11 appointments I am almost pain free. A dear friend recommended Redfern Acupuncture and I'm so glad she did.

IT WORKS
It seems like a miracle. But it’s not! It’s acupuncture! After a 3000 mile road trip my body was wreck. I had excruciating pain in my wrists and shoulders…. Also my neck. Cindi said it was all related to my neck! What? She did her magic with the needles. My wrists felt a bit of improvement the next day but by the third day 80% more improvement. Can’t wait for the next appointment to feel even better! Amazing!
