I highly recommend Redfern Acupuncture, Cyndi is amazing! When I started going there I had sciatic nerve pain and 2 small tears in my rotator cuff. Cyndi is treating both. I wasn't able to sit or sleep, the pain was so severe I lost my appetite. I did a lot of standing and pacing trying to get some relief. After 11 appointments I am almost pain free. A dear friend recommended Redfern Acupuncture and I'm so glad she did.

I am getting closer to 60 now. Not knowing how bad, many issues my body is going through. Aches, pains, stiffness as well as stress and bad sleeping habits. I have tried acupuncture before. Then I met Cyndi !!!!!! I intended to meet with her and talk about her practice. Next thing I know I am on the table. Now after a few visits the difference in the way I feel is amazing.
