Great costumer services to IRMA a nurse at that hospital was very nice and understanding when it came to my health she was really censiry and patients with me she was listening to my troubles and my physical disability thank you so much for the great expirience

I wish I could leave a better review because I've been bringing my son to this health center for several years. My main complaint is toward the reception and the representatives on the phone. I brought my son in for an appointment and the whole place was full with people in the waiting area. I'm sure it was a very busy day for them. We waited in the waiting area for 45 minutes while everyone else was called and taken back. As I approached the front receptionist they looked at me as if they were annoyed with me. I said "what's taking so long? Is the doctor running behind?" To which the receptionist replied "so do you want to cancel your appointment?" Umm...I want to know...read full review

This clinic claims it wants to improve, that's the problem, "Improve" That's what the administration of all healthcare facilities do all day , sit around talking about Improvement.And when they hit an impass , example, " so how do we address the phone problems in the clinic"Aaahh I have no idea what your saying.Ok , bring in consultant on phone problem.Wow really is that in our budget.Well what do those people do over there.Aaahh i think they answer phones.Ok let three of them go and then will have the money for the phone consultant.How do you do it that's genus.I got a degree at yale.You must of studied hard.No its different now, they don't teach problem solving, its...read full review
