As a Property Manager I have used Ace Towing over the last 6 years. Kim and her drivers are professional and courteous. Of course the reviews are not going to be favorable from folks that have been towed. As a Property Manage, when you sign a lease and house rules and don't follow the parking addendum, you will get towed.Service: Car towing

Well what can I say. I got towed lol not fun. I noticed car was gone. Called n got told that to take car out at that moment 1am it would be $415, but if I waited till morning $315 so I waited till 9am. Surprisingly someone was there to help right away. Only thing they asked for was my ID so that was nice and weird. No registration or insurance but anyway. Very quick out in less then 5 min! I know shocker. Anyway Good luck, hope u don't get towed

Predatory towing/ sketchy dealing. But Parc Station Apts is partially to blame as they work with them.They towed my car because I parked in a visitor parking area past the time allowed (I know my fault) but once I called the police department to find out where it had been they told me 100% confident ace towing had it. I call them up and even give the lady my license plate number. She said there was a car there matching the description to *** and still said they had to make sure it was the car because the "paperwork" stated it was a ****** pathfinder. It's a ****** 4runner.
