Jeff Perlman is an excellent Ayurvedic practitioner, right here in Santa Monica. His is friendly, attentive, considerate and understanding. His intuition and knowledge of herbs help him use them well to please the palette, soothe the emotions and balance the system. His teas are delicious. I drink mine morning, noon and night and it gets me through the week. I love the culinary herbs he prepared for me and my cooking has improved by using them, so has my health. His treatment is having a very positive effect, his lip balm saves my life, what more could I want? Oh yeah, great Yoga classes And yes, he teaches great yoga classes too! I always look forward to seeing him.
Jeff is the ultimate professional. He is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and was very thorough in my Ayurvedic intake. I recently had a great experience doing Panchakarma with him. He prepared everything I needed and made himself available throughout the entire cleanse. The in-person treatments were incredible. I'll definitely be going back!
I find Jeff very knowledgeable and also fun to learn from. Ayurveda is entirely new for and he is very good to explain it in a way that I can grasp. Looking forward to this new experience! The massage was blissful and very grounding!
