I love coming here! The atmosphere is wonderful and so welcoming! Super clean!They invited my boyfriend with open arms and made it comfortable for him! And he loved it.For sure I will always come back here

The service was fine. There were two issue with my visit : my tech was assigned another person at the end of my manicure so I was left to take the paraffin wax off myself and at the point of payment I was told there is a 1.00 charge for using my card that was not notified to me prior to service (meaning there is NO signage anywhere in the store that if use card they will charge a 1.00 service fee.)

Moved here in December '22 and it took me several angry and displeased experiences across Santa Maria until I happened upon a wonderful lady in Panda Express who had the prettiest and nicely manicured nails. When I inquired about her nails, she immediately handed me a card for this shop and I've been coming ever since. Booking an appointment is hit or miss, sometimes you'll wait and sometimes, you'll get right in at your allotted time. I try to book with Jenn, who is absolutely WONDERFUL! She gives me exactly what I ask for each time and she's super pleasant and patient.
