Like most people that have their personal experience with difficulties on their own computers I too have had them. One phone call or email to Mac Services and he comes over and puts me back on track. Then we both share various improvements and usages of how the my computer would continue properly into the future. The billing is very reasonable and I use their service very sparingly.

I took my very sick seven-year-old iMac to Rick without much hope for a good outcome. Also, I had a project to complete with a rapidly approaching deadline. After a couple hours he called with a diagnosis, laid out alternative solutions, and discussed the pros and cons of each. He then proceeded with the repair and was finished by the next day. He insisted on delivering the machine to my home office, where he got everything hooked back up and fired up. It was like a brand new machine.
