“Since the Sagrada yoga retreat 2 weeks ago I have felt continually inspired to keep my body and mind still and calm. The positive vibes from the great (vegan) food, the beautiful music provided by Tony Khalife, the amazing setting amid lambs-ear and dry grasses, sits with me still. The retreat was a combination of hiking, yoga and music. You will love coming here and enjoying the quiet beauty of the place.”
“10 out of 10 I wouldn’t change a thing. The ambiance is perfect, super friendly staff and the massage and care are the best I’ve ever experienced. Dr. Michelle is fantastic at all of her works. I will be back again and again.”
“Galen is the best!!! My life has changed so much for the better after being treated by Galen Wilson. I had been suffering from a serious problem with my back that I had been dealing with for over ten years. I was pretty much unable to find relief from pain and not really able to do a lot. After seeing Galen Wilson, I have found so much relief and improvement. I found the electro-acupuncture and acupuncture techniques that Galen uses to really help my condition, which includes degenerative disc and nerve pain. Galen also gave me take-home exercises that actually worked to help me manage movements and improve stability, allowing me to regain movement and establish an exercise routine that works. I am a much happier person due to Galen’s recovery protocol. I want to stress that Galen’s approach was really specifically tailored to what I needed. I can’t say enough good things about Galen Wilson”
