I don't know why they changed our trash company without the cutepublic getting a vote. bill doubled from what I paid with Western waste, and they just raised it again from $84 to $92, senior prices!
Their service is awful with missed pickups, customer service, leaving trash all over the street, charging for extra bins(Western waste didn't) flimsy trash containers, and yet they have the gaul to charge us double of what we had with the other company. City must be getting a kick back or something cause I'm sure they weren't the lowest bidders.
The public, us, should have a say in what trash company we want. After all, we're paying for it!

This company is the worst company to pick up they suppose to pick our property dumpster 3 times a week and they only pick two, i call them every time they miss q pick up and they have excuses for everything pls do not hire them go any other so sad

This company is TRASH , it’s going on 2 weeks that I’ve called and spoke to many people and EVERYBODY told me the same thing and NOTHING was done . I still havent received my trash bins and the “courtesy person” who was suppose to be sent out to pick up the trash on 4 different occasions NEVER showed up so I have been taking my trash to the dump myself . Wish i could hire another company to service my area . Bet they won’t have any issues billing me huh
