Submit your claims, UWS dumped their trash at the intersection of Norwalk Blvd. and Slauson Ave. on 9/11/26 around 6:30/7:00am. Cleanup seems to be happening slowly but turns out they didn’t even bother letting Public Works or LA County know at all.

They are extremely combative even though they admitted over the phone that their truck caused this and is aware of the situation at that intersection. My car smells horrible even after the highest tier wash. Had to take time out of my work day to hand wash it again after to get all the human waste and rotting food off the underbody of my car and wheel wells.

Worst company ever, they just pass by trash cans and don’t even care to pick up. Request to LA county to change the company when their contract expires. We are paying our hard earned money for absolutely horrible service. Please read all reviews. Worst, pathetic, horrible, disgusting service ever.

I don't know why they changed our trash company without the cutepublic getting a vote. bill doubled from what I paid with Western waste, and they just raised it again from $84 to $92, senior prices!
Their service is awful with missed pickups, customer service, leaving trash all over the street, charging for extra bins(Western waste didn't) flimsy trash containers, and yet they have the gaul to charge us double of what we had with the other company. City must be getting a kick back or something cause I'm sure they weren't the lowest bidders.
The public, us, should have a say in what trash company we want. After all, we're paying for it!
