This is a lower-tier consolidated LTL carrier that's in the same class as Frontline Freight, Clear Lane and Roadrunner. Transit times are strictly an estimate of the line-haul portion of the transit and not A to B. Deliveries are up to 3 weeks late and missed pickups are more common than not. Shift customer service, while very nice, aren't able to give any more information than what one can find through their site. The second star is given because they are extremely economical.....but unfortunately, their service reflects that.

Customer service is slightly responsive, however delivery times were just unacceptable. Quoted 5-7 days, freight picked up 11/20. Estimated Delivery of 12/13. Its 12/8 today with no sign of the freight and had to call. Tracking on the site is a joke with very little updates, ETA on the site shows 11/29. Looks elsewhere.
