the guidance provided by staff was inconsistent when it came to accessing important documents. On multiple occasions, different employees gave conflicting instructions, which only added to the confusion. When I reached out for help, I often felt undermined and dismissed. Almost like the staff didn’t want to do their jobs. asking a question was a bother because that made them get up and actually work & do their jobs.

It’s crucial for an agency, especially one that earns from the employees they place, to provide consistent and respectful support. Unfortunately, this agency fell short in that, making it difficult to get the assistance needed. I hope they recognize...read full review

I went to apply to this company and they send me to a warehouse . I miss the next day because my steel toe boots stayed at my cousins house I tried getting them but couldn’t as he was working . I called in to explain the situation to Perla the Lead after that she stopped calling me to come in . I told her my daughter is a premature child and I need the work they didn’t put they hands to they heart and refused to give me work . I hit up them up another time maybe 2 months after that and another lady from the agency sent me back to work at the same warehouse I was in Maersk in Southgate . She send me the details and everything to start that same day again for 3rd shift...read full review

They never call me or my brother my name is Mario farias and my brother name is Gabriel farias bueno we just wasted gas money going to Santa Fe springs supposed they had work in Santa Fe springs in craigslist why post something that is not true have a nice day we waited the next day and they never called us for work lies lies worst agency waste of time and full of trash if we find out they are doing something with our social security numbers we will file a report with the police of Santa Fe springs we get them shut down just Incase we apply for no offer doesn't make sense
