The mobile spa eliminates the need for travel, which is a major convenience for clients. However, some customers have reported issues with scheduling consistency. While appointments were initially maintained regularly, there have been instances where clients have had to reach out repeatedly to reschedule and ensure their pet's spot on the grooming rotation.
My husband and I took in his grandmother's 12 year old husky mix. I had a difficult time finding a groomer who would take a large, older dog. I actually ran into Carol at a Starbucks and found out she worked with bigger, and older, dogs! She was great with our gal. Her first appointment took about 3 hours but our gal looked so much better when she was done. After the first appointment, we scheduled a follow up appointment. Again, Carol was great. Being able to have her come to the house makes it so easy on our gal as we don't have to try to get her into the car. Both appointments have worked out great for us. Carol has been patient with our gal and also keeps us posted on time as the appointment goes on. She has become our regular groomer.

Carol, My Mitzyee misses you and I hope you are OK. I have been trying to get in touch to get her an appointment, but no return calls or texts. I realize that you are extremely busy but if you cannot continue service for my MItzyee could you please refer someone who could. You know my Mitzyee and her personality and I'm very concerned about taking her back to a in-store pet grooming service. I would appreciate your recommendations . And I pray that all is well with you. I love your service and am so disappointed that my Mitzyee will not have the opportunity for your loving care. God bless.
