I just started today and the gym looks really clean but I wanted to play some basketball but it was always full the same guys wear three for a long time they need to change the rules to give other people to get to play but will see ?

I liked the gym bc the set up isn't awkward, but they've had 3 gas leaks which obviously they shouldn't even have one soooo yeah :/ I have to find another gym now hahaha Also there are roaches in the girls bathroom / locker room area.

I got my gym membership at Esporta. (Santa Fe Springs) Mario Flores (Gym Manager) has the greatest customer service, He answers every question is asked very professional and detailed. My mother have had an issue with keep getting charged monthly after she had already canceled the membership there. (Previous employee my mom had talked to didn't complete the cancelation) since April she kept getting charged till this month, she would continue to call customer support but many times they hang up the phone on her, (for being Spanish speaking only) her work hours are not the best for her to go in person; but Mario was very profesional/patient on helping my mom solve her issue... Although, we did had a BAD experience with one of the employees there (Reham Zin) I believe she's Operations Manager, she was very rude (talking, expressing her self, attitude more than anything) to us it seemed as she was racist. Reham was the person that was supposed to help my mother and I from the beginning, but since we walked in she had a very unprofessional/ negative attitude I had asked to talk to Mario since I knew he was the manager there. She's not bringing that positive energy people would like to see, She mentioned to Mario that if we needed her help; we'd had to wait until she was back from her lunch... Even though we were there for like 2 hours, Mario helped us till the end and solved my mom's issue.
