The reason is because, this place have not yet done me wrong like other eyelash places i have been. They always strive for quality here. Lily is new coming in as Alynn is currently out, but she is a great addition to the team, and have been working with care and honesty. As a man I was a bit nervous, I didn’t want to come out with thin and feminine eyebrows but I knew I had to clean it up and wasn’t confident in doing it myself. Kiran explained the process and then listened to what I was looking for and gave her recommendation when I asked for input. “I was looking for someone who was kind and knowledgeable and I found that with Isabella. I had the same hairdresser for over 20 years who knew my hair like the back of my hand. But I had to move and it was just to hard to get to her. So when I moved to Paramount I talked to a few different salons and found one right up the street and he sounded like he knew what he was doing (Big Mistake). Before I could even answer his question which was how would you like it done, he had stared cutting 1 1/2 inches off and then he made a statement to me this is how I like to do old ladies hair. I was frozen in the chair hoping there was away he can turn it around. I walked out of there so embarrassed. When my grandaughter walked in to pick me up she gave me a look as if to say. What did you do to my grandma I was so shocked she didn't I think she knew that would of made me feel worse But then I talked to Isabelle and I'm so glad I did. I was so afraid to go to another unknown stylist but the minute I sat in her chair I was at ease. The gray in my hair had grown out so badly I was nervous it couldn't be covered up but she did it with also a great color choice. She was so sincere after the color was done and she finally was able to take a good look at the cut she kindly said Geri there's nothing we can do about the cut until it grows out. She could of simply said oh I can fix it don't worry you'll look beautiful when I'm done and charge me more but that's not the woman she is though. The time you spend with her while in the chair isn't awkward at all So Monday I'm going to call to see if I can get in next Tuesday to cover the grays and a cut I hope it's grown out to be able to start the process of a great hair cut again. She also brought me home so I didn't have to pay for a taxi. Someone's character is so important in life. Thank you I'll see you soon.“
