I was referred to this office by my attorney’s office following a car accident. Unfortunately, I was immediately disappointed by the unprofessional conduct of the front desk staff. The receptionist displayed a consistently poor attitude from the moment I arrived.
I reluctantly proceeded with my appointment and was pleased to find that the medical assistants and doctor were courteous and professional. However, at the conclusion of my appointment, I was once again required to interact with the front desk receptionist for the completion of paperwork. First experience went well but for a chiropractor this man is cheap has the oldest equipment the most out dated decor makes you feel like your at a pirateship show and don't get me started the front reception was nice when the Dr wasn't in the moment the Dr was in they got strict and side eyed us for having kids when they said they would put us In a room with the kids they didn't they made my wife wait in the warm ish lobby anyways if you have options go elsewhere they treat you like a $ sign

Called in the morning to schedule appointment for my sons sports physical clearance and gave me appointment 3:30pm 4:15 and still waiting, asked why is taking so long lady at front desk told me they don't respect appointment times. ????
