The ONE TaeKwonDo teaching philosophy is based on Traditional Korean Discipline and Martial arts founded over 2000 years ago. The instruction will instill the five (5) tenants of TaeKwonDo which are perseverance, courtesy, integrity, self-control, and indomitable spirit. The ONE TaeKwonDo offers a comprehensive martial art training experience in a family-oriented environment. The Masters/Owners always seem to be filled with cheerfulness and genuine smiles on their faces, while smoothly instilling positive motivation! The masters and instructors are very welcoming. They are very knowledgeable and professional. We really appreciate their tireless work, efforts, patience and dedication. We are very thankful to be part of this amazing community. My son is doing well and enjoys coming to his classes.
My son began with The ONE when he was 3 years old! He loves the Masters and the black belts who assist them with the Little Tigers class. He is proud of what he has accomplished and is happy to come to class every week. We love to see him grow, not just in TK skills but with following directions, staying still, waiting his turn, self defense, and respect. He really has blossomed here at The ONE!
