I've been a patient at this clinic since they opened. Drs. And nurse practitioners have been thorough enough. Unfortunately, my last visit left me questioning how well the office portion is run. I was given a call after results of my X-ray had been submitted, the person on the phone said my X-ray was normaland nothing was wrong. The following week I came in for a copy of my X-ray report. They had given me false information! My report clearly stated I have acute bronchitis and other concerning and equally important things that needed care asap. If you choose to go to this clinic I urge you to use your due diligence!

I'm a teenager who has pretty awful anxiety around medical care in general, and it makes me cry even thinking about going to the doctors. If you are like me and need care, I think this is a great place to get help with your medical needs! I was sure to tell the people working with me that I had anxiety, and they were nothing but kind. They were so smiley and gentle, explaining me most of the process, as well as being quick and kind so I didn't panic. They diagnosed me quickly, and I was in and out in about 30 minutes or less. I had a very pleasant experience when going here. Front desk and staff very kind and face mask are not just given to people coughing, it is a requirement to where them. There is a sign posted, but if a patient does not have one, they will ask you if you have one to put it on or if you conveniently forget, then they will give you one. Either way, it was nice the doctor took his time and nurses included. There's a lot of care at this urgent facility.
