Called earlier today (start of Labor Day weekend) because of a leaking bathroom sink. Shellback was able to get a technician out to me within hours! David identified the issue and fixed it quickly and efficiently. No more leak! Thank you all! 👏

On Tuesday, August 26, 2025 I called Shellback plumbing and spoke with Jenny regarding my broken garbage disposal. The tech arrived and introduced himself. I directed him into the kitchen and he checked the garbage disposal. I told him it’s been leaking from the bottom of the unit. He checked the unit and discovered it wasn’t a bad disposal, it was just the loose flange. He tightened the flange and the garbage disposal was fixed. No more leaks, The tech looked at me and stated “all fix, if you need any future repairs please contact us.” Wow, and no charge.
