I booked one hour with Rachel, but it was so amazing that I ended up doing 90 minutes. I had a deep tissue massage, Rachel used her feet and elbows on my legs and back with precision, I couldn’t believe how good she knew every nerve, every muscle, and how to work out ever knot I had. Literally the only spa I go to. Have tried others in the area but Seeda is the best. Easy to schedule with texting, always asked preferences for focus area and pressure, and they prepare for my arrival each time by setting the room up the way I like. Stellar!
