We had Randal do our living room remodel. It was a big project which included filling in a sunken room to make the floor level, removing 2 fireplaces and adding several windows. Randy's team was there for it all. Demo was loud, but they were as clean as possible and construction moved quickly. They never disappeared on us for weeks and Stephen kept letting us know what the schedule was and when it would get done. The minor punch list was done quickly and our project finished ahead of schedule. We had a new patio cover installed and we're very happy with the results. The crew that performed the work were very professional, friendly, and their workmanship was top-notch. We hired RGW Construction to do a fairly substantial remodel of our house - replace a load bearing outer wall with sliding foldable glass doors, open up another sheer wall, put in a bathroom, remodel kitchen surfaces. We worked with Randy and his son Steven, they were attentive, careful and thorough in their work. All their crew were careful, pleasant and attentive. We had a couple of decisions to make along the way, Randy and his team helped us make the right call. An opportunity to make an opening even wider than we hoped presented itself, Randy and his team were creative in optimizing that opportunity.
