This is the best soft water service company I have ever encountered They are professional, courteous and fair priced I have been with them for over one year and they provide an excellent product and customer support Their support is well beyond what I expected and their expertise and advice saved me potential thousands of dollars when a water pressure regulator was running too high I higher recommend Puroserve for all your water needs!!!

I normally don't leave reviews unless I have had a unique or exceptional experience with a merchant Today I had just such an experience with Puroserve my water softener company I have been using them for about one year and the other day on a Saturday I noticed a profuse leak in the coupling to the softener tank located outside. The coupling had burst to my softener tank located outside and flooded my yard. I called Puroserve and they immediately sent someone out to fix it on a Saturday But the best part is they alerted me to the fact my water pressure was too high causing the coupling to burst If your water pressure regulator runs too high then it opens you up to all kinds of problems including slab leaks, burst pipes, toilet valve hoses rupturing and flooding your house!' So I spoke to someone at Puroserve who recommended that I replace the water pressure regulator and he even offered to help me install it !! I bought the unit and thought I could handle the install but I ran into a slight problem so I called Puroserve and Immediately within a half hour a man came out and installed it for me! I got to talking to the guy I thought was a service technician and came to learn he was one of the executives of the company , a really swell guy He was at my house for around 2 hours and he didn't ask for any compensation even though I offered it This kind of exceptional response and concern for a customer is virtually unheard of in these times we live in I want to give a huge shout out and thanks to Puroserve water company.... You have made my day and restored my faith in humanity!!!

Scott was great about accommodating our needs and got us set up with service quickly. Our installer Danny was fast and friendly. We love the soft water we are getting and it makes such a difference in our everyday water usage. No yucky buildup in the dish washer and clothing is coming out of the washer soft with no detergent residue. Great and friendly customer service!
