I recently visited Perfect Gel Nail to try their basic pedicure, and my experience was a bit mixed. The highlight of the visit was undoubtedly the fantastic massage that accompanied the pedicure. However, there were some areas that fell short.While the service was decent overall, the technician assigned to me seemed to rush through the pedicure process. I love this place price wise, except one individual (an aged guy) all nail technicians are very nice. I had to get my acrylics removed and the guy was removing it not considering that it was very painful to me.. he finished my apt in rush. Every one else are good and do really good job.

9/2/22Don't waste your time coming hereRudeness and arrogance is all I am going to say.They Guy / staff (front near cashier/ maniac)replying me with a rude or nasty comment because you cannot handlecriticism…I had my pedi done here all the time and this time was an issue felt very they were racists with me.The lady (1st time taken care of my services) was almost done and would not do my pink fingers (baby toe) if she would of told me from the beginning she wasn’t going to do it, I could of saved everyone’s time and gone somewhere else.
