Was not a very good experience. Phoned in to see if I could have a manicure and the lady told asked if I could come in
45 min. I said, yes. When I got there she asked me what you I was there for and I told her that I called and I was told to come in 45 min. Apparently, she was the one I spoke to. She asked me my phone number and said she didn't see my number on the caller ID. She than asked what time I called so I told her my phone shows 4:28 pm. and I was told to come in 45 mins. I also gave her the phone number I called and she said that's the number and she apologized. She told me we can still do the manicure but if I can wait, and I said yes. I don’t normally leave reviews… but I gave this place 4 tries… My first visit was great, they did a decent acrylic manicure and were nice. There’s a main girl that’s very popular and she’s pretty nice. Second time I went was for my WEDDING. I did not get the girl I requested, and they did not have 3 of my bridesmaids appointments written down. I heard them make the appointments over the phone. I had two different gentleman work on me for my wedding. They were rude, would not smile or talk to me, did not care they were my wedding nails. It was a really disappointing experience. Natural Nails has always been my go to place for acrylics, gel nails, manicures and pedicures. Jenny and Kevin do a great job and also can put your Pinterest ideas on your nails, just show them a picture! The salon is painted very pretty and its always clean with plenty of polishes too choose from !
