I walked in with my Goddaughter who is 5 years old to see if they could do a little mani on her and they pleasantly took her in. They were so sweet and it was such a nice experience for her. She loved it.

With no solid plans for Memorial Day, our daughter suggested getting a mani-pedi before heading out to LA for lunch and shopping. I called around to check on walk-in wait times. Most places had limited staff and couldn't accommodate or only had very late appointments available...except Nail City & Spa. The person on the phone was very nice. She said they could take us. We arrived about 15 minutes later. There were 2 customers and 3 technicians. They were finishing up with one customer as we sat down to wait. A couple minutes later we were seated in the spa chairs to soak our feet. Soon after, they started our pedicures. Our daughter had one technician for her manicure and pedicure. She was really nice and seemed very meticulous in her work. Our daughter was quite happy with the results. The technician who did my pedicure was also friendly and did really good work. We both enjoyed the hot stone leg massages -- we would come back just for that! Unfortunately, I didn't care much for my manicure. I felt the technician was rushing. I had to ask her a couple times to clean more cuticle from a couple fingernails. Later, after the cuticle oil wore off, I noticed other areas that were not trimmed well. I took care of it myself. Overall, it was a good first experience. We may be back to give them another try. The place is clean. Prices are reasonable. There's more than enough parking in the large plaza.

I came here with my mom recently and they did a pretty good job with my pedicure. They also did a cute design job on my mom’s nails. My only compliant is that they did gel nails for my manicure and within a day, they were peeling off.Services: Pedicure
