Love this place!!! The instructor (Christina) is so amazing and welcoming especially for a first timer like me. The only thing i don't like is how sore I am the next day lol. Definitely recommend just beware you will be sore the next day but it's so worth it!!

I have been coming regularly and attending Natalie's classes. Her classes are extremely challenging, which I enjoy. Moreover, she adjusts her classes based on what the clients need. She worked with me through my many injuries, including giving me alternative exercises when I was experiencing a flareup from old fracture on a lower vertebrae.

Coming back to say, once again...Emily B. is amazing! I haven't been able to take her class in awhile and last night I was reminded of just how great she is. I haven't felt that challenged in a long time. I left exhausted, but in the best way possible. There is something about her instruction that makes you want to push harder until the very end of class. Can't wait until my next session with her :)
