Miguel diagnosed the problem with our AC and was very honest in telling us that the $1,800 part would be covered under warranty with a dealer for our brand of AC unit. It's quite rare to find someone with that kind of integrity and professionalism when he could have done the repair and we would never have known. Definitely five stars for being on time, honest, professional, and just a really nice guy.
