Very responsive, gave us an appointment fast. Explained our situation and options fast. I knew in advance a fair amount having experience in contracting and HVAC, and having spoken to other AC guys and not agreeing with what they found. I agreed with everything Marc observed and said. He was helpful as well in that he explained things to me that I did not know being a contractor but an HVAC layman, and everything he said made sense and matched my experience with the existing system we had. His price was quite competitive, and other reviews I had seen including on a local forum said people were happy with him, so I said let's do this. We were promptly scheduled. The arrival date (not very long after) came and they arrived on time. They were professional, courteous, and even went the extra mile on some details that made the install better for us in terms of appearance. Local, hires local, buys local, been around a very long time, I highly recommend.
