Let’s be honest—towing companies aren’t exactly in the business of making people happy. Most of the time when you're dealing with a tow, you're already in a stressful or frustrating situation. I get that. I’m a realist, and I fully understand how and why a vehicle might end up getting towed.

I called for a tow for a Suburban with suspended wheels, and they treated it with great respect and precision.
