Best dealer experience ever!! They drove my car to me from Valencia to Temecula free of charge! It was so refreshing to work with a dealer that does not markup, add accessories, or oversell on warranties. My Sales Rep Cody was awesome! He sent me a video of the car and answered all my questions. Thank you for being such an honest and service oriented dealership.

The service department is just plain great! Thoughtful, courteous, professional, respectful of your time. Juliet Bustamante was my rep during last week's service.....she was smart, engaging and very thorough. Hello Valencia should be the model for how to operate a dealership. Great products, fine people, customer friendly environment, no BS of any kind, and a place without pretense.
