1 star because I can’t leave 0!!!
I’ve been a customer for years and my last visit was terrible never had a bad experience until my last visit
I was serviced by Yane , I paid for 2 services 1. Eyelash extensions 2. Root touch up . As I was leaving the salon I noticed one eyelash was more full than the other and when I brought it up to their attention I was dismissed! There was excessive glue residue and the lashes fell off the next day 😭 . Now, let’s talk about my touch up on the roots, I was left with several patches untouched . I give this salon zero stars. I went in yesterday as a new customer, the appointment was for a perm. I researched what I wanted which was soft beach waves which would require very large rods and rolled completely different than a regular perm, at least from what I researched. The one lady who I believe was the owner treated me like I did not know what I was talking about, so since she is supposed to be the expert I gave her the benefit of doubt. The lady who was my “stylist” did not speak any English, she could not hold the scissors and comb at the same time she was cutting my hair, I don’t even know if she has a license. I went to this salon to inform myself of prices available as I am a new local.
The girl inside looked at me like a complete stranger, then I asked if she had a flier with prices on it so I can take it home and look at prices. She didn’t understand me and was kind of rude then I repeated and she said « NO » it was also rude then I asked if I could take a photo at the prices on the wall so I could have on my phone the different services they provide. She looked at the other girl as if I was totally strange for doing that.
Well too bad this is not how you treat new clients. The result is I will never go back there.
