Our electricity went out upstairs and we started calling electricians. This was the only one that answered. They couldn't come until the next day and I said ok but let her know it was urgent. She called back a hour later and said they could come that day. The front desk is so nice and helpful. I completely appreciate it. The electricians showed up and fixed our problem quickly and easily. They were both friendly, nice and knowledgeable. Definitely will call them again if needed.

We recently hired them to install a sub panel that will be used with our generator and be ready for the next black out in SCV. They were Professional and even set the generator up for us too. Ross took his time to show us step by step of how to use our generator and the sub panel for the next blackout. I highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience with Electric Universe. Ross came home for a free in home consultation and he was very professional and understood right away as to what we were expecting. Lara was very prompt in getting the estimates ready and setting up the appointment for our project. We installed recessed lighting at our bedrooms and the crew was right on time and very efficient and professional at their work. They also cleaned up after the project. I am definitely planning on another project and will be hiring them soon. Highly recommend them!
