A few days ago, July 1st, we had extremely hot weather. 97 degrees outside. We set our thermostat to 75 deg, but the house would not get any cooler than 88 degrees. Very, very warm inside our house, very difficult trying to sleep.Since our Lennox Air Conditioner is 45 years old, I thought, "Oh my God! We're probably going to have to buy a new A/C unit-$8,000 to $10,000. A lot of money."We've been customers of Custom Climate Control for about seven years and Dennis has serviced our A/C every year. We have used Custom Climate Control three times over the last several years and have found their service to be extremely reliable and very reasonably priced. Dennis is highly experienced and knowledgeable. He has the ability to quickly identify the problem and fix it in short order. He works quickly and efficiently and I was very surprised how little he charges for such excellent work. We trust him completely and would never consider anyone else to work on our air conditioning.

I use Dennis every year, for a tune-up for our HVAC system before the summer heat. Our system is quite old, and in the 5+ years we've been using CCC at our current house, we've only had one breakdown. Highly recommended!
