Great gym, knowledgeable staff that actually WANT to see you meet and exceed your goals. The gym is always clean and people are respectful. Overall just a good vibe. I spoke with Sean and Josh and they helped me out greatly. Military/Vet friendly as well.
I go to crunch for the Zumba classes, the instructors are awesome. Specially Maricela, OMG!! If you’re looking for a workout and at the same time have fun doing it. Then her class is the place to be! I’ve been a member for a while now, I just wish I could bring two guests instead of only one. I am still a member at planet fitness, and I pay less there and I can bring two guests. Anyways, Maricelas Zumba class is the best!
Crunch Gym in SCV is the best gym in the valley by far. Huge lifting area, tons of free weights, newer machines, plenty of cardio equipment and the hours of operation work for everyone. Best gym I have worked out in ever in the SCV.
