I contacted Harry (the owner of Cantrell Aire, Inc) in the morning regarding a non-functional furnace. Harry answered my call, we identified the issue over the phone, and today (the following day) Jesus showed up in the morning with the required parts, completed the repairs, and I have heat once more. I will rely on Harry for all my HVAC requirements and strongly suggest him.
