Should have written this review 6 months ago when they came out to replace our water heater and add a shut off valve for the interior of our home separate from the main. They were wonderful and cost was very fair.
Had a problem and called Bill on Sunday expecting to leave a message for Monday but Bill answered himself, ultimately didn't require service but he checked with me on Monday morning anyway.
Bill was referred to me by a plumber I'd used for years that moved out of town, very happy to have found Bill King Plumbing.
Justin was great. Likable, knowledgable and easily explained what work needed be done. He is carrying on the family tradition of quality work at a fair price. He and his associate were both very friendly and efficient and made sure the gas was working on all the appliances before they left.
I had an issue with my water heater. I had used Bill King Plumbing in the past, so I called Bill and he walked me through the process of repairing the issue over the phone. He spent about 20 min and was very patient and thorough. After the water heater worked again, I tried to pay him for his help but he wouldn't take any payment-he stated he was just glad to help. Thank you Bill for your help.
