Before I even knew Andy’s barber shop, I knew Carol from a previous shop that I use to go to just for her. From the first time that she cut my hair I saw potential and effort. Got a (first) cut yesterday, from Carol at this spot. Gotta say...exceeded all my expectations. She listened to everything I said, paid attention to what I asked for, took the time to stop several times during the cut to show me what she was doing and get my approval to go forward. Simply did a GREAT job! And was totally attentive during my visit. Conversation was quality conversation...not just the boring forced convo you'd expect from a first time cut. I was impressed. It’s Christmas Eve. I just need a haircut. I’m in a sour mood.There’s only one barber, her name is Carol. I tell her what I want done. I know it’s not going to come out right because I’m only home for a couple weeks and haven’t had time to find a barber I like and can trust. Whatever.The instant she touches my head, I can feel the confidence and professional aptitude in her hands.
