The massage itself was incredible, deeply therapeutic and relaxing. My therapist Angel had excellent technique and clearly knew how to address muscle tension and stretch the body effectively without causing discomfort. I signed up for an hour and a half because my back and shoulders were extremely tense. I left feeling looser, lighter, and like jelly instead of stiff and achy.
Highly recommend for anyone dealing with tight muscles, stress, or just needing a good reset. I’ll definitely be back!
