The service at this location is outstanding. I called on a Thursday to price compare renting chairs for a Sunday event. The gentlemen explained all the details. I called on Friday to firm up the details. We picked up the chairs on Saturday and there was a gentlemen to assist loading them in my truck. We returned the chairs on Monday. The entire transaction went well.
Leanna was so helpful, personable and professional. Love how she was very patient and made suggestions on what she thought would work best for the type of event I was hosting. I have rented from other places before and A V has quality tables, chairs, umbrellas. Extremely happy with their customer service and quality, topnotch! Quick and easy ordering over the phone was ready when I arrived.Left only 4 stars because table covers were white and a few had stain on them, luckily we had color runners over that part.
