Emma was amazing! I came in for a brow and upper lip wax, and she did such a great job! Before starting, she even did a patch test on my skin since I mentioned I had used retinol a week ago and she wanted to make sure I wouldn’t have a reaction, which really showed how much she cares about her clients’ safety and comfort. She also educated me on how to care for my brows and skin afterward, and explained how hyaluronic acid (which our skin naturally produces) can be really beneficial to soothe my sensitive skin. Van is very niceand her studio is beautiful and clean. She's artistic and takes her time with me to ensure I'd like the results. I feel very comfortable having Van doing my eyebrows.
I got my eyebrows microbladed here a couple of years ago and I have continued to return for a touch-up multiple times!! My brows have lasted for a very long time and I'm very happy with how they turned out. The shaping and coloring is excellent. The service is wonderful, van is very nice and a great host, always making sure I'm happy with the results and provides water and snacks while I wait. I would highly recommend, it is 10/10 service!!
