Within 24 hrs of my request for a call, I was speaking to their customer rep who asked about our problem and suggested that a simple repair may be sufficient instead of replacement. He scheduled a visit to check within 3 days.
Muhammad was here on time and quickly assessed the condition of our old Suntunnel. He shared clear options for us to consider and once we gave the go-ahead completed the work professionally and very efficiently. When it's time to upgrade we will be calling Sunlight Concepts to do this work.
My experience with Sunlight Concepts was exemplary from the estimate to the final clean-up. Manuel and his team arrived on time and, with surgical precision, removed our old skylights with no damage to the surroundings. They efficiently brought up the new skylights via my neighbors roof and proficiently installed them in rapid fashion. I was surprised how fast and neat they were. The new skylights (solar powered models) look great and work like a charm. Couldn't be more satisfied with SC's work and the Velux product.
