I highly recommend John Thyne if you have real estate law issues. We recently purchased a home in Santa Barbara, and a last-minute issue arose where the sellers were jeopardizing the closing date (possibly costing us thousands of dollars in loan lock extensions) by not dealing with things in a timely manner. John was able to meet with us at the last minute. He got to an understanding of the situation quickly, called several critical people to get details, described concisely to us what the options were and what he recommended, and sent a "Demand to Close" to the sellers to make sure the process stayed on track, all in a single hour in his office.
