The job was a little tricky as we had some existing vinyl fence that had to be added to and matched, as well as a "repair" to the existing vinyl fence.My call for an estimate was returned very promptly and I had an appointment with Eric within just a few days. He was very knowledgeable, since he was previously an installer, he knew exactly how to deal with our repair and matching the old fence (the other companies we interviewed would not). He was always available to answer any questions I or my neighbors had. Installation went without a hitch. George and Hugo arrived on time and installed the fence and new gate in just a day. “We just had Orange Coast Fence Co. replace the chain link on 19 exterior dog runs at our dog boarding and training facility and they were great to work with. We met with at least 4 other companies for estimates prior to meeting with Doug (ad talked to countless others via phone and email), and each of the previous contacts left something to be seriously desired: either they weren't interested in the large scale of the project, the estimates were completely outlandish, or the estimators were unable to envision our goals/help us problem solve the issues we were having. Doug came out promptly, and immediately discussed solutions for the problems we were having, explained everything patiently and thoroughly, and was personable too!
