Professional, honest, meticulous. Went above and beyond to realign plates, hinges, and safety beam sensors. With regard to the latter, he practically cleaned my garage to ensure nothing was at risk of blocking them. He also tweaked/fixed our inside button and outside keypad wiring out of his own good conscience (not the job he was brought in for) after the last contractor broke it! Seriously glad we found Ziegler. Highly recommend!!
Fantastic work and great customer service. They made the gate for our house. Great quality and when it needed some extra work, they showed up twice and took care of the issue. I highly recommend this company.
Ziegler is a unique company that designs garage doors. But pricey. I bought a door that I designed and Ziegler worked with me in the Design. They were difficult to get calls back from the rep. But once we did they were pretty good about communicating with us. What ℹ did not realize nor was ℹ informed was how noisy and clunky the door ended up being to operate. We spent $10,000 on a new door and hoped it was going to be a quiet door. Because my old door was very noisy. I'd have to plug my ears when opening! When I called to discuss my concerns and disappointment , communication between Brian the salesman, became strained. I was told the door would get 'quieter' over time. It didn't. Brian finally sent his 'assistant' (he couldn't seem to find the time to come over himself). The assistant was nice but useless. I was also disappointed. The wood used to mount the motor mechanism looked like they picked it out of someone's trash. It was rough, crude wood. Unpainted and ugly looking. I thought for the price I would get some nice looking wood to mount the door hardware. It is a very heavy door. That is supposedly the reason for the roughness and noise when opening the door. It is aesthetically beautiful. And fits our remodel nicely. But Ziegler customer service gets a thumbs down.
