Nicholas Kaslov showed me photos of what looked like pay stubs from this business. I trusted him and let him rent my property from November 2022 through June 2024. He started to pay late in every month beginning in around September 2023. At that time, he told me he lost his job at this business. I called the business, a person answered the phone and told me he was still working there. I didn't know who to believe. In April 2024, I could no longer accept his late payments and lack of communication, I formally informed that I would not extend the lease. He then told me he would move out on July 1.
